Pomodoro sessions, cooking, presentations, workouts: sometimes you just need a countdown with an alarm, without installing anything or creating an account.
Updated August 12, 2026, after a fresh review, with updated visuals and links.
This one lives in your browser tab: countdown mode with a three-beep alarm, plus a stopwatch mode for the opposite direction. It keeps running while you work in other tabs.

Getting the most from it
The Pomodoro default: 25 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of rest, repeating. Set 25:00, work, hear the beep, set 5:00, rest, repeat four rounds.
Stopwatch mode is the opposite muscle: lap-free, simple elapsed time for workouts, practice sessions and speedruns.
The alarm uses your browser's audio: it plays three clean beeps even if you're in another app, as long as this tab stays open.
Worth remembering
- Meeting hack: keep presentations honest by setting 50 minutes when the slot says an hour: the last ten are then guaranteed for questions.
- Pin the tab (right-click the tab, Pin) so the timer survives window reorganizations and stays one glance away.
Frequently asked
